Real Estate Staging Is Needed Now More Than Ever

In these uncertain times, real estate staging is needed now more than ever. A lot of people are having difficulty in selling their homes and attributing it the shaky home mortgage market. I won’t deny that the home mortgage crisis has had an impact, but must qualify that by saying that homes are still selling; maybe not as quickly or in as great numbers, but buying and selling is still going on. Staged homes, as a general rule, are moving more quickly than homes that have not made use of home staging. As I’ve mentioned before, a staged home will almost always sell quicker (if priced correctly) than a similar home that has not been staged. The dramatic impact that can be achieved through staging just cannot be over emphasized. When potential buyers step into your home and say, “Wow! This is nice,” then you will know just what an impact staging has. And when that happens, you can usually expect a couple good offers in the next couple weeks!
