Staged Homes Sell Faster
If you’ve visited my Palatine homes
website, then perhaps you’ve noticed that a number of them
have sold in a month or less after being put on the market.
How did I accomplish this?
Quite simply, they sold quickly because
they were staged homes and appealed to a wide range of
potential buyers. Many people (and even some realtors)
dismiss the concept of home staging, saying that they will
take their chances without using it. Sure, their homes will
eventually sell — the operative word being ‘eventually.’ But
every day that your home sits on the market without selling
will cost you money in extra taxes, association fees,
utilities, and so on. So while your home will eventually
sell without staging it, making a faster sale is always in
your best interest. After all, your home is your biggest
investment, so when it comes time to sell, why take any
chances? Don’t you want to do everything you can to make it
sell faster? And chances are, a staged home will sell for
more profit as well.
